Payments Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservations. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to departure or upon arrival at your destination. Payment methods include credit card and bank transfer. Full payment may be required at time of booking during peak seasons when demand is high.

Payment Method

Accepted methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer and checks. A 3% transaction fee applies to credit card payments. Bank details will be provided on invoices. Please allow 5-7 business days for checks to clear.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 45 days prior to travel. Within 45 days, all payments are non-refundable. No shows are not eligible for refunds. There is no credit for unused services or early departure. We will process refunds within 10 business days of a cancellation request in the original form of payment. A 10% cancellation fee plus applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund.

Date Changes

Confirmed bookings may be changed subject to availability with at least 60 days notice in writing. One date change is allowed per booking. Additional date changes will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Rates are subject to change until booked and paid in full due to fluctuations in taxes, park fees, fuel costs, etc. We reserve the right to adjust rates accordingly even after purchase to reflect these changes. Sample itineraries on our website or brochures may vary slightly due to weather, road conditions, client interests, etc. We reserve the sole right to alter schedules in the best interest of client safety, comfort and overall experience.

We are not liable for changes to schedules, costs or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control including political/social unrest, natural disasters, flight cancellations, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is highly recommended as it is not included in our packages. We disclaim any implied warranties and liability for incidental damages and limit remedies to refunds at our discretion.

Disputes Resolution

In case of disputes, efforts will be made to resolve the issue amicably through negotiations. Failing resolution, the jurisdiction will fall exclusively under the courts in New Delhi, India only and will be governed by the laws of India.
